This is how it all started…

Your spiritual wellbeing, is at the heart of what we are about; helping you grow in your faith as a young/new Christian believer.

The aim is to be practical about the Christian walk; to help you realize and utilize the tools we have been given to navigate the journey. As young Christians the temptation is often to try to find the way without using the compass provided. Ultimately many lose their way, become frustrated and fall away from the faith.

As I am further along in my journey, I now realize that there is much that I did not know I’m just learning many things that might have made my journey much easier and my life much more impactful had I known them earlier. That is how this blog started. It is my attempt to help equip young believers for the journey ahead. It is my prayer that what you find here will help you grow in grace and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

I have a heart for young believers and the teacher in me wants to pass on what I have learned. It is important to impart the lessons I have learned from the struggles I’ve endured. I am eager to share the foundational truths that you must thoroughly understand in order to stand firm in these days.

The Christian journey is not easy, and it gets harder with every generation. There are ever increasing pressures around us to conform to the standards and philosophies of this world; a world in which truth is relative, and righteousness is ridiculed. A decision for Christ as a young person, and even as an older adult, is a difficult one to carry out. Be not deceived, it is a daily battle. No wonder the Bible tells us to, “Be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. “Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil” (Eph. 6:10–11).
