So take a deep breath, friend. You don’t have to have it all together. Bring your tired heart to the One who gives power to the faint and renews the strength of those who wait on Him. As you pray the words below, let them be both your cry for help and your declaration of trust in the God who never leaves your side.

Heavenly Father,

In this moment of weakness, I lean on You. When my strength runs out, Yours begins.
You promised in Philippians 4:13 that I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength. So today, I receive Your strength—not by striving, but by surrendering.

When I feel overwhelmed, be my peace.
When I am weary, be my rest.
When I am afraid, be my refuge.
When I am broken, be my healer.

You give strength to the weary and increase the power of the weak (Isaiah 40:29). Your grace is sufficient for me, for Your power is made perfect in my weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9).

Let hope rise again in my heart. Remind me that You are near, that You are faithful, and that even in the hard times, You are working all things for good.

I trust You, Lord. Carry me through.
